Orta is a veteran of the United States Army, having served with the 82nd Airborne Division, the 2nd Infantry Division, and the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment as a reconnaissance soldier. He holds an Associates of Science in Business, a Bachelors of Science in Management Information Systems, and is currently pursuing his Masters of Science in Leadership. Orta has more than 10 years’ experience as a senior manager with Fortune 500 companies such as Lowe’s, Staples and Baxter Healthcare.
